The Federal Bureau of Investigation will release 333 pages of Michael Jackson's formerly-classified file on Monday morning. Can we interest you in a little light reading?

The documents will relate to his 1993 and 2004 child molestation cases -- as well as any case Michael Jackson was the victim of ... including threats and extortion attempts. Nothing about Dr. Conrad Murray or Michael's death will be in the files.

Our guess -- the extortion attempts will be the most interesting.

The FBI did a similar thing back in October concerning files involving Anna Nicole Smith and a possible plot to kill the son of her 89-year-old husband, J. Howard Marshall II.

In diesem Thread bin ich dann sicher richtig - hab' früher heute abend diese Information in einem Artikel gelesen und hatte es schonmal im MJ/Murray-Thread gepostet, aber da ist es gelöscht worden.......

Was hat das für einen Sinn, was ist der Hintergrund für diese Aktion. Kann ich nicht nachvollziehen...

Noch mehr Spekulationen, noch mehr Würdelosigkeit, noch mehr Demütigungen...

Gibt es in der USA keinen Datenschutz?

Das FBI oder die Polizei von Los Angeles sollte sich mal bemühen, die jetzige Untersuchung um den Tod von MJ entsprechend abzuklären und Anklage erheben oder nicht...

Bin total verärgert, öffnen die alten Akten und haben noch nicht mal den aktuellen Fall zu einer Entscheidung gebracht. Der Rechtsprechung in der USA traue ich einfach nicht...

Versteh' ich überhaupt nicht.

Wie ich mich erinnere, war es TMZ, die vor der Familie schon wusste dass Michael verstorben war. Wer weiß also?

Zum Thema:

WENN die Akte veröffentlicht werden soll, ist es dann nicht einer Einwilligung vorausgesetzt? Von der Familie vielleicht?

Ich würde es jedenfalls sehr positiv empfinden wenn noch mal in der Öffentlichkeit die Widersprüche von den Arvizos und Chandlers diskutiert werden.
Meine Befürchtung allerdings: Die Presse wird es wieder zerreißen.

also das kann ich doch langsam alles nicht mehr glauben. Michael kann nicht mal jetzt seine Ruhe haben, er hat sie sich wírklich mehr als verdient! Er wurde freigesprochen, also was soll das jetzt alles noch?? Könnte schon wieder heulen, Menschen sind einfach nur böse!!
